  If in original mixture ratio of milk & water= x/y
  When 25% of mixture is taken out, ratio= 0.75x/0.75y
  This mixture is replaced by equivalent quantity(=25%)of water(=0.25(x+y))
  ratio= 0.75x/[0.75y+0.25(x+y)]= 4/5
  x/y=4/2.75 =16/11
