• breadth=x,length=x+8.
  breadth=x-4,length=(x+8)+7
  both area's is same so Rectangle Area is=l*b
  
  x*(x+8)=(x-4)*(x+15)
  x=20 and x+8=28
  breadth x=20,length x+8=28.

  (8+B)*B=(L+7)*(B-4)

  Given l=8+b,b=b
  Area =l*b=8b+b*b
  Then l increased by 7 and b decreased by 4
  Then l=(8+7+b),b=(b-4) area=(15+b)(b-4)
  Both having same area make them equate
  8b+b^2=b^2+11b-60;
  3b=60
  b=20;sub substitute in l=8+b;
  Therefore l=28
