- (A+B)'s 1 day work = 1/30
(B+C)'s 1 day work = 1/24
(A+C)'s 1 day work = 1/20
2(A+B+C) = 1/30 + 1/24 + 1/20
2*(A+B+C) = 1/8
(A+B+C)'s 1 day work = 1/16
(A+B+C)'s 10 days work = 10/16 = 5/8
Work left = 1 - 5/8 = 3/8
A's 1 day work = (A+B+C)'s 1 day work - (B+C)'s 1 day work
A's 1 day work = 1/16 - 1/24 => 1/48
A ll complete 1/48 part of work in ------ 1 day
A ll complete 3/8 part of work in ------ x days
x = (3*48)/8 = 18 days
So A ll complete the remaining work in 18 days
Ans : 18 days

- 18 will be the answer adding all three equation 2{1/a+1/b+1/c}=150/240=5/8
then add equation 1 and 3 we get 1/a+1/b=1/30 and 1/a+1/c=1/20 we get a=48 now remaning 3/8 work left will be done in 48*3/8 i.e 18 - 10 years agoHelpfull: Yes(0) No(0)
