We have to find perfect square for X that should in 21st century (i.e. after 2000)
Hence X=45 is the perfect square for 21st century & the year is X^2=2025.
To find the birth year of grand father = 2025-45=1980

so, X=45
X2=2025
DOB=2025-45=1980
