a factory makes 27 iron balls of same weight .but because of manufacturing defect one of it is little heavier then others.
& you must have to say which is it, using weight machine & you have given only 3 chances.

  then weight it one will have more wt as compare to other two
  then this 9 Will again break into three parts 3,3,3 This will be the second chance again One three have a more wt as compare to other two the pn thord chance devode it into 1,1,1then we can able to find high wt ball
