  sol: first (1/5) mile=Rs.1
  Thereafter Rs. 0.20 for each (1/5) mile
  for 3 mile, 3-(1/5)= >14/5
  for (14/5)*0.20=>0.56
  Hence for 3 miles, 1+0.56=1.56
  Rs.1.56 is the correct answer.
