An organisation has 3 committees, only 2 persons are members of all 3 committee but every pair of committee has 3 members in common. what is the least possible number of members on any one committee?

  In 1 and 2 committee ,let say C is common
  In 2 and 3 committee,D is common
  In 1 and 3 committee, E is common.
  
  so, 1 committe has ABCE
  2 commitee has ABCD..so on.

  A,B,C be commitees. 3 are common in A and B, out of which 2 are common in all A,B and C, and the one left is member of commitee A and not C. 3 are common in A and C, out of 2 are common in all, and left over one is member of 'A' and not 'C'. so, total members in 'A' are 2+1+1=4..
