  now rs 70/mobile sold 14 rs 780
  
  so,change=(20/1000)*100

  so total=100*100=10000
  now there is 30% decrease in price so new price=70
  and 40% increase in sales of mobile so new sales of mobile is=140
  total=140*70=9800
  change %=(1000-9800)*100/10000
  =200*100/10000=2% decrease
