  area to be painted= 6*3^2- 3*1 unit
  =51 sq.unit , so @1Re per sq.unit,51*1=rs 51

  EXP: the cube have 6 sides to paint , each side 3 unit = 6(3*3) = 54
  that (3*3) is the each wall of cube AND
  that square shape hole for each side is (1*1) = 6 (1*1) = 6
