  Here You Can observe the question, Cross is a 5-letter word and Roads is also a 5-letter word,Adding of these two gives a 6-letter word that means adding of 1st letter's of the two words gives a value greater than 9 and lessthan 19.((C+R) or (C+R)+1 here 1 is carry). Using the above information we ll get the value of 'D' that is '1' (substitute a maximum number to 'C' and 'R' in between 0-9).
