  we have to check it first that 55 is divisible by 8 or not if not then what will be its form and we know that it is in the form of 4n+3 and the unit digit of base(i.e13)is 3 so we have to find the power of its base unit digit3^3 and we know that it will come 27 so the unit digit will be 7
  if power is divisible by 4 then this rule will not be applied.
