  a1(X)+ b1(y) = c1
  a2(x)+ b2(y) = c2
  then for no solution
  (a1/a2)=(b1/b2)and not equal to (c1/c2)
  so, 5/4 = 3/k
  on solving k = 12/5 = 2.4
