- Dear Sir,
As a customer of your Xyz company, I would like to bring to your your kind notice about the poor quality laptops manufactured and sold out from here .There are less service centers in the city of this brand.These laptops require frequent maintenance,resulting in high cost for services .Moreover,their services are time taking as there are many complains resulting in pending problems.Please increase number of service center for customer satisfaction.

- these things are co-related with each other when there is poor quality and the service centres are less in number, there is demand of frequent maintainence , then comes the high cost and the pending problems rise in number. but, if the number of service centres are more/ increasing , we achieve customer satisfaction and hence the problem is solved.
