Their are 30 can in which 1 can is filled with venom , if a person drinks a little of the venom he dies in 14 hours.
If you have 20 mice then what is the minimum no. of the mice to check the venom can!!

  process
  label the all can using binary bit pattern like 1st can 00001
  2nd can 00010
  .............
  .............
  30th can 11110
  now 1st mice will test all then can that contain 1 at the first bit position
  2nd ..................................................second bit position
  same process for all the mice
  now if mice 1st and third die mean can third contain venom
  if 1st ,3rd and 4th die mean 13th can contain venom.
