  2nd series:
  1*2+1=3
  3*2+1=7
  7*2+1=15 & so on.. for 1,3,,7,15,31,63.... i.e the odd placed numbers in the series 1 2 3 7 7 22 15 67 31__63
  now the odd placed numbers in the series are 2,7,,22,67,__, which follows the pattern :
  2*3+1=7
  7*3+1=22
  22*3+1=67
  so, the required value is 67*3+1=202
