  total valid votes are......7500-1500=6000
  out of this 6000 valid votes 55% votes got the one candidate..i.e.6000 * 55/100=3300

  6000*55%=3300

  Valid votes polled by other candidate must be=45% of 6000
  (45/100)*6000=2700.
  By doing this i am getting the ans 2700 valid votes got by other candidate
