• I agree Love is not a Proposal but Love is to be felt, But for this question it has to be indicated because the girl thinks no one can love her ....
  
  
  A boy who loves such a girl will also know her condition & would be defiantly close to her and if he wants to propose what he needs to do is.....

  The boy gets down on one knee and with a great flourish expresses his love to her. He then stands on his head and then again expresses his love to her. He then jumps into the pond nearby and expresses his love to her. Who said that the girl had to understand??
