  3 digit no.=4*4*3 =48
  4 digit no.=4*4*3*2=96
  as we calculated ol 4 digit no. nw
  4 digit no. greater than 4300 = 4 3 _ _ (possibility 3*2)=6
  nos. less than 4300= 96-6 =90
  TOTAL nos = 4+16+48+90= 158

  4 digit no=4*4*1*1=16 ( unit digit and tens digit is fixed 0,0 now thousands place can be filled by 4 no( 1,2,3,4) and hundred place is filled by 4 digit(0,1,2,3) 4 will not be included because if we include 4 digit at hundred place then no will bec0me greater than 4300

  2 digit no=16( _ _) for first we have4 choise (1,2,3,4) and for second we have (0, and the rest three no left from (1,2,3,4))=4*4=16
  3 digit we have 4*4*3=48
  4 digit we have 4*3*3*2=72 so total no =72+48+16+5=141 ans
