  by minute hand=6*t
  if hour hand is ahead
  ===>90+t/2-6*t=50
  11*t/2=80

  means at 3:07 3/11
  if minute hand is ahead
  6*t-90-t/2=50
  11*t=240
  t=25 5/11

  so here we have to find M, angle=50 and H=3
  50=(11/2)M +/- 30*3

  so timings are: 3:7 3/11 and 3:25 5/11.
