  52y=365z --(2)
  12z=x --(3)
  From (1),(2),(3) we've
  12z+7z+z=100
  20z=100
  or,z=5
  Hence x=60.

  mean he will complete the work in 24 days
  
  now if we see B will complete the work 36 days like

  30 mean he can complete the work in 30 days but after taking rest 36 days
  so
  1/A+1/B=1/24+1/36
  =3/36
  =1/12
