Take x co ordinates 5, 9. The diff is 4, now divide 4 in 1:2 ratio . we get 19/3 or 6.334
Take y co ordinates -2,6. The diff is 8, now divide 8 in 1:2 ratio.
We get 2/3 or 0.667
