the picture is reduced 60% size from its original size again the picture is reduced 20% that size. what will be remaining picture size?

  so removing 20% from 40% it will remain 32%

  20% of 40 is 8 subract 8 from 40 that makes 32.
  hence the answer is 32%

  (x-60%of x) - {20%of(x-60%of x)}=32x/100
  now , conver ir in percentage 32x*100/(100*x)=32% (remaining picture size is 32% of original size)
