What is the difference between leap yaer and simple year?

• A normal year has 365 days.
  A Leap Year has 366 days (the extra day is the 29th of February).
  
  To know if a year will be a Leap Year:
  
  Leap Years are any year that can be evenly divided by 4 (such as 2012, 2016, etc..)
  and also divisible by 400 (such as 2000,2400,3000, etc...)
  EXCEPTION: if it can be evenly divided by 100, then it is NOT A LEAP YEAR. (such as 2100, 2200, etc..)

• leap year is either divided by 400....or if year is divided by 4 and its nt divided by 100 also then its leap yr.....
  if(year%100!=0&&year%4==0||year%400)
  leap year
  
  and leapyear is 366 days
  bt simple yr is 365 days
