here were three clocks they gave alarm after 24secs, 12secs and 36 secs. if they rang simultaneously at 8:20, then at what time they again rang simultaneously?

easiest way is find L.C.M for 24,12,36 which is 72. So they ring simultaneously after 72sec's. 8:20:00+72 secs = 8:21:12.
(72 secs = 1 min 12 secs)

that is 72.
so they are ringing at 8.20
after that 1st one ring at 8.20.24sec 1st time 2nd time 8.20.48 3rd time 8.21.12
2nd one at 8.20.12,...8.20.48,8.21,8.21.12
3rd one 8.20.36,8.21.12
so 3 clocks ring simultanously at 8.21.12seconds......
