  1 soap = 11 parts we get 1 scrap.
  from 22 soaps we get 22 scraps.
  22+9 =31 scraps => 2 soaps(ii)+2scraps+9scraps
  2scraps+9scraps = 11scraps = 1 soap(iii).
  Total = 22+2+1=25soaps.
