If there r 20 black and 20 white socks, then find the number of chances which will help to collect three pair of socks?

• I think the answer should be 23 to be sure that i have three pairs of socks. if i take out 10 black socks first(one out of a pair) then 10 white socks(one out of a pair) after that 3 more socks will definitely give me 3 pair of socks
  i am not considering these socks to be identical as it is not mentioned
