There is a 1 km long wire. It has been fixed around a wall of the building with the help of some poles between 2 telephone towers. It is noticed that if there is a increase of 1 2/3 m in width of 2 poles then there is a need of 1 pole less. How many poles were used?

- 26 poles
If there are n gaps earlier , then n+1 poles are there.
and
1000/n + 5/3 = 1000(n-1)
solving it, we get n =25
