- A beats B by 10m .
So when A covers 100m B covers only 90m. Ratio of speed of A and B is 10:9
Similarly ratio of speed of B : C = 10 : 9
So , speed ratio of A:B:C = 100 : 90 : 81
So when A covers 100m then C covers 81m
So A beats C by 19m. - 11 years agoHelpfull: Yes(12) No(3)
- Ans: 20
Exp: a 2 b by 10 & b 2 c by 10 m
after all a beats 2 c =10+10 =20 m - 11 years agoHelpfull: Yes(2) No(7)
- A:B=100:90since when a runs 10 m b runs 90 m thus a:b=10:9;
B:C=100:90 ;b:c=10:9;
by ratio a:b:c=10*10;10*9;9*9
100:90:81
so when a covers 100m c covers 81 m
when a covers 1 m covers 81/100
81/100*100=81
100-81=19m
