If a pipe can fill a tank in 2 hrs.and can empty it in 3 hrs.if they r open at the same time ,then find the time taken to fill the tank?

• A pipe fill the tank in 1hour=1/2
  and empty the tank in 1 hour=1/3
  then two pipes are opened
  time taken to fill the tan=1/2-1/3=1/6
  the tank can be filled within 6hrs
