so to get at lease 2 doctors in the committee there three possible ways
1. 4 doctors and 2 others
2. 3 doctors and 3 others
3. 2 doctors and 4 others
Doctors = 4, others=7
possibility : = C(4,4) C(7,2)+C(4,3) C(7,3) + C(4,2) C(7,4)
= 21 + 140 + 210
answer = 371 ways
