I got to 2A=ha + hb. Is this right? How do I solve for H from here?

i need to solve this equation for x:
x^3+ 7.07x^2 + 2.72x -14.75=0
i tried factoring out an x and then applying the quadratic equation but it doesnt seem right please guide me in the right direction. thank you
