  so,lets assume their speed is 5x,3x and 4x in 1 hour respectively.
  so,total distance 5x+4x=9x as after 1 hour anshu and chanchal meets with each other.
  so,remaining 4x distance will be covered by anshu in 4/5 hours or 48 mins.
  and total 9x distance is covered by banke in 9/3=3 hours
  anshu will reach at 12+1h 48 min=1:48,and banke will reach at 12+3=3 pm.

  Speed downstream = (u + v) km/hr.
  Speed upstream = (u - v) km/hr.
  
  so x-.5=2 => x=2.5
  & y-.5=3.33 => y=2.83
