• in first hour train 1 travel 80mph and train 2 travel 100mph total distance in one hour 80+100=180
  similarly in 2nd hour another 180 mph distnce travelled now total distance is 360.
  in next half hour train one travel 40mph and train 2 in 50mph. total dista nce is 90.
  in two and half hour distance travel is 360+90=450 miles
