Addition of all the three digits of a number is an even number except 427.

Elaboration:
3+9+6=18
4+6+2=12
5+7+2=14
3+9+6=18
4+2+7=13
6+7+1=14
2+6+4=12

Here we can see that all the results are even except
4+2+7
that is 13.

Hence the answer will be 427 (b).
