Question-- let f(x)= x2 +3x - 1 and g(x) = x - 1 find and simplify (f o g) (x)

What i have so far:
g(-1) = -1 - 1 = 0

f(0) = (0) squared + 3 (0) - 1 = -1

Is this correct???
