  i.e., 5 min= 30 degree
  and we have 10 min difference between hour hand and min hand thats why we have 60 dgree angle between the both of the hands when it is 15 mins past 5,
  =>
  60+15/2
  (here 15 mins past thats why i add 15,and its a trick to divide by 2 to every given min)
  135/2=ans.
