• 18 days. 11 mornings and 12 afternoons make 23 half days.
  Given it rained for 13 days. So, it rained for a total of 13 half days (mornings or afternoons).
  Thus, 13 out of the 23 half days can be considered full days, as the other half was raining.
  The remaining 10 half days were fully enjoyable. So, it means only 5 full days.
  So, total 13 + 5 = 18 days.
