  avg==> [(h-3)+(w-3)+(s-3)]/3=27
  ==> h+w+s-9=81 ----(1)
  ==> h+w+s=90
  five years ago the ages of the wife and sons are (w-5),(s-5)
  avg==> [(w-5)+(s-5)]/2=20
  ==> w+s=50
  substituting in (1)
  ==>h+50=90
  ==> h=40
