  Using ratio and proportion,
  square of old weight / old price = square of new weights / new price
  
  (3+2+5)^2 / 20000 = (3^2 + 2^2 + 5^2) / x
  100 / 20000 = (9+4+25)/x
  1/200 = 38/x
  x = 200*38
  x = 7600
  
  Loss is 20000 - 7600 = 12400 Rs
