  distance to overtake thief just when he got to know=60*30/60=30km

  time to take to overtake=2hrs
  discoverd at 3pm ==>3+2=5pm

• Distance covered by the thieve in (3:00-2:30)=1/2 hr at 60km/hr=1/2*60=30kms
  Their relative speed in the same direction=75-60=15
  30kms is the distance to catch the thief at 15km/hr.
  time=30/15=2hr.Therefore,2+3=5pm
