  The temperature of Thursday is 4/5 * x degree celsius
  The average of the temperatures of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday gives us
  (x +y + z)/3 = 37
  
  The average of the temperatures of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday gives us
  (y + z + 4/5 x) /3= 34
  
  We get
  (x +y + z) = 37 * 3
  y + z = (37 * 3) -x
  using the value of y+z in the second equation we get
  (37 * 3) -x + 4/5 x = 34 *3
  (37 * 3) – (34 * 3) = x – 4/5 x
  3 ( 37-34) = 1/5x
  9= 1/5 x
  x = 45
  
  The temperature on Monday is 45 degree celsius
  The temperature on Thursday is 4/5x = 4/5 * 45 = 36 degree celsius

  On replacing monday with thrusday we got a decerease of 3 celsius on average
  therefore total change of 9 celsius
  so the temperature of thrusday will be (t - 9) celsius
  
  as per question (t - 9)=4/5*t
  therefore t=45
  and temperature on monday will be (t - 9)=36 degree
