  between 60 and 70 number 6 appears 10 times (this includes 66)
  now between 71-100 six appears 3 times
  totally 1+5+10+3 = 20 times

  Similarly upto 59 we utilise six, 6 times
  from 60 to 69 (including 66) – 11 times

• We need to consider the numbering of building only. that is why answer should be 20 only. we do not need to consider the numbering of shops.
