  Now since after 7 days reinforcement arrives,let us first find out how much amount of provisions is left over: (32-7)*3300*0.850 = 70125
  So now this amount will suffice for x number of men for 17 days at 0.825kg per head so , x*0.825*17 = 70125. Form this we get x = 5000.
  So totally number of men is 5000 which gives reinforcement as 5000-3300 = 1700
