A certain number of men can do a work in 20 days. If there were 4 more men, the work can be done in 5 days less.How many men were there initially?

x* 20 = (x+4)*15
then
20x = 15x +60

after adding 4 man
1 man's one day's work=1/15(x+4)
now,
1/(20*x)=1/15(x+4)

a/c to the problem,
(x+4)'s 1 day work=1/15.
so,
x:(x+4)=(1/20):(1/15)
therefore,5*x=60
