How do i prove the characterization of the internal angle bisector theorem: Let (P) be in the interior of an angle with arms L1 and L2 then (P) is on the angle bisector if and only if d(P,L1) = d(P,L2) Y=2/3x and Y=-2/7x+4/7

I am not even sure how to set this up. Do I need to have the y-intercept for the first system of equation befor I can solve? Can you please help me set this problem up? Thanks for your help!
