There are number of houses on both sides of a road. On one side houses are numbered in increasing order (1, 2, 3…). On other sides houses are numbered in down order. It house number 10, opposite house is house no.23. Find no of houses (Even number of houses are provided).

by the problem, we have same no of houses on both side (let total no on each side be x)
so order will be

1,2........10,......x on one side
x,(x-1),...23,......1 on other side

by analysis x=32
no of houses=32
