Read Solution (Total 7)
-
- let the present age of father and son be 5x and 3x respectively
then after 10 years the ratio becomes
(5x+10)/(3x+10)=3/2
so we get x=10
thus present of father and son are 50 and 30 respectively - 13 years agoHelpfull: Yes(9) No(3)
- 5x/3x
After 10 year, 5x+10/3x+10=3/2 - 10 years agoHelpfull: Yes(1) No(0)
- let the present age of father and Son is 5x:3X
After 10 years5X+10:3X+10
Ratio is 5x+10/3X+10=3:2
X=10
Ans 50,30 - 9 years agoHelpfull: Yes(1) No(0)
- 20 and 30
- 10 years agoHelpfull: Yes(0) No(2)
- ratio of age of father and son is given as
f/s=5/3
after 10 years the ratio will be
(f+10)/(s+10)=3/2
the equations will be
3f=5s and
2f-3s=10
by solving the equations we will get
f=50 and s=30 - 10 years agoHelpfull: Yes(0) No(0)
- age of father is 50 and that of son is 30..
- 9 years agoHelpfull: Yes(0) No(0)
- (5x+10)/(3x+10)=3/2
x=10
at present,son's age=3x=30,father's age=50 - 4 years agoHelpfull: Yes(0) No(0)
