  Since {Monday, Wednesday,Friday} and {Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday} don't intersect, always one is lying and the other telling the truth except for Sunday when both are telling the truth.
  
  Suppose today is in fact Sunday so A is telling the truth but B isn't. Contradiction (As on Sunday both tell the truth).
  
  So today can't be Sunday therefore it is Tuesday.

• Assume Today is Sunday. Then Both Person A and Person B are telling Truth. But it means Today is Sunday and Tuesday which can't be true. So Today is not Sunday.
  But Person A is telling Today is Sunday. So Person A is lying. If person A is lying That implies Person B is telling Truth according to Question.
  So Today is Tuesday.
