A colck takes 33 seconds to complete the pendulum sound when it is 12:00 noon. How long one can hear the pendulum sound it is 6:00 a.m. ie the the differrence between 1st sound and last sound.

there are 11 equal intervals btw 1st sound and last sound at 12
so each interval takes 33/11=3sec
and at 6 there are 5 interval so time taken =5*3=15sec

the pendulum sounds 6 times at 6.00 hence it takes 33/2=16.5 sec
