  Hello......Look what i've actually done is that i've arranged the letters of WOMAN in alphabetical order.......i.e. A,M,N,O,W.......We need to determine A word beginning with W....now imagine as if u were reading a dictionary....so if we start counting.....to reach upto Woman....we shall first count all words that come b4 it.....OBviously all words beginning with A,M,N,O will be b4 the rquired word........so we count their nos......this turns out to be...4(4!)...
  Now, nEXT POSSIBLE WORD WILL BEGIN WITH W....Now you won't count all the words of W since ur reqd. word is somewhere in this list......so you again move alphabetically......You will come across word with WA,WM,WN before u get Wo...so another 3(3!) words.....(NOTE : kiNDLY IGNORE THE LINE NO. 8 OF MY SOL....IT'S NOT TO BE CONSIDERED...I'VE WRITTEN IT BY MISTAKE....)........now u will read words with WO.... Again u'll first get words with WOA b4 getting the actual WOM....this gives another 2! words.......now we have reached till WOM...nxt word will be WOMA....that's what we are looking for so we go further ahead to see the nxt alphabetical-wise letter......i.e N....so we get WOMAN ..another 1 to add to our count....

  solution is:-
  total words formed in order starting with W, M, N, O and A will be 24+24+24+24+24=120.
  starting with A, i.e. A_ _ _ _, words formed are 24 i.e. 4!.
  similarly starting with M,N,O in order are 24, 24 and 24.
  so, total words formed are 24+24+24+24=96.
  now, starting from W, in order, W_ _ _ _, starting with WA, words are 6 i.e. 3! - WAMNO,WAMON, WAONM, WAOMN, WANOM, WANMO.
  similary in order, words formed by WM, WN are 6 and 6 .so, total words till formed are 6+6+6=18.
  so, 96+18=114
  now, starting with WO in order, 115-WOAMN,116- WOANM, 117-WOMAN, 118-WOMNA, 119-WONAM and 120-WONMA.
